Performance Guarantee
Hartford & Ratliff Co., Inc. guarantees that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We guarantee our workmanship for a full year from installation. All parts carry a full year warranty from the date of installation unless otherwise stated. Since we work closely with most manufacturers, we are able to also offer factory approved warranty service on the equipment we install. You will never be told that you need to call someone else to get service.
