Review
Timothy Lutheran Church's boiler returns were leaking under a concrete floor. Hartford & Ratliff provided the lowest quote. Mark Stebbins led the H & R team installing about 150 Ft of new pipe bypassing the leaking returns. The team arrived on time, worked well together, came prepared for the job, and were very professional and thorough in their work.
